Our History
Bechman Realty was founded in 1931 by Harry J. Beckman. He was instrumental in several area land developments. Because of his civic accomplishments, two streets are named in his honor. His daughter, Lucille Bechman McDonough controlled the company from 1950's. She worked steadfastly in helping the community grow. In 1982, Connie Rusek-Lichok purchased Bechman Realty with the same ideals of commitment of service to the community that was set by her predecessors, and ran the business until 2007 when she decided it was time to play with the grand kids and sold it to local businessman Jon S. Wildi.

Integrity, ethics and a high level of service along with advanced technology will continue the growth of Bechman Real Estate, Inc. well into the 21st century.
